2023 CLEARFIELD MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Election day changed to November 21 as of Governor Cox’s Writ of Election, Proclomation, and Notice of Election 2023-1P

November 21, 2023 – Municipal General Election canvass will be held in the City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.

November 28, 2023 – Last day that a candidate may request a recount if that candidate loses by less than .25 percent UCA § 20A-4-401(1)(b) of the total number of votes cast for all candidates in the race. Candidate may file a request for recount in accordance with UCA § 20A-4-401(1)(d)(i)

December 1, 2021 – All successful candidates from the Municipal General Election must supply a list of Invitees to the City Recorder for the Swearing In Ceremony to be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

January 2, 2024 – Swearing In Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. in the Clearfield City Council Chambers, 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield.
